TozziniFreire act as deal counsel on Pro Solus’ debenture issuance
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Pro Solus, Banco Itaú and GEF, as deal counsel, on Pro Solus’s debut in the capital markets by way of its first issuance of non-convertible secured debentures, in an amount of BRL 50 million.
The offering was registered with the CVM 160. The proceeds from the debentures will be used towards working capital needs, capital expenditure and repayment of short-term debt.
