TozziniFreire Advogados act as deal counsel in the 3rd issuance of quotas of Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Agro Citi-Syngenta Responsabilidade Limitada.
The fund is sponsored by Syngenta, a world-class agribusiness inputs provider, and works as an important local source of funding for Syngenta and its clients.
The offering was successfully closed and raised BRL 297 million.
