TozziniFreire acts as deal counsel on Sparta’s issue

TozziniFreire Advogados acted as deal counsel advising Sparta as fund manager, BTG Bank as fund administrator and custodian, and RB Investimentos as underwriter of this follow-on that relates to the 2nd issuance of Sparta Fiagro Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas Agroindustriais – Imobiliário (Sparta Fiagro Agribusiness Fund), following the new ordinary rite of registration, under the best efforts placement regime, pursuant to CVM Instruction 472 and new CVM Resolution 160.

The transaction value was BRL 60 million.
