TozziniFreire Advogados adds a new partner in Porto Alegre
TozziniFreire Advogados announced Fernanda Fossati (pictured) as its new partner in the Corporate and M&A practices to work alongside Maria Bofill in the Porto Alegre office.
The professional comes to strengthen the South’s team, which now features 10 partners, boosting the firm’s Corporate Governance and Wealth & Succession Planning multidisciplinary groups.
With over 10 years’ experience, Fernanda specializes in mergers and acquisitions negotiations of local and foreign companies, coordination and implementation of infrastructure projects, including business law advisory services, succession planning, and complex commercial agreements.
Fernanda is a graduate of the Law School of UFRGS (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul), holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Business Law from the same university, and took the Venture Capital Executive Program from UC (University of California) Berkeley. She is also a member of the Legal Committee of IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance).
