TozziniFreire advise on CRI issuance of Canal
TozziniFreire have acted as deal counsel in the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) of the 67th issuance, in 2 Series, of Canal.
The offering was targeted at qualified investors pursuant to CVM 160, as amend. The transaction value was BRL 50 million. The funds raised in the offering will be used towards to construction and/or refurbishment of the Projects Destination.
