TozziniFreire advise on the formation of the Urca Hedge fund
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Urca, Banco Daycoval and Guide, as deal counsel, with the formation of the Urca Hedge Fund Real Estate Strategy Real Estate Investment Fund – Limited Liability, as well as in the Primary Public Offering of its 1st issuance of quotas, pursuant to CVM 160.
The Fund’s investment objective is directly linked to potential cash needs entrepreneurs, whether for the completion of works, discounting of pure receivables (works already delivered) or assignment of credit with a guaranteed stock.
The Offering was made in Brazil exclusively to qualified investors. The 1st issuance successfully raised BRL 11,541,889.01
