TozziniFreire Advogados advised Brazilian consulting services company Elogroup on the formation of Ahead Ventures, a joint venture between Elogroup, financial services company Banco Fator, private equity & venture capital sponsor PortCapital, Sandro Valeri and João Lopes Filho, who will act as outsourced Corporate Venture/Open Innovation asset manager.
The transaction value was R$200 million.
