TozziniFreire advised on the global acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD

TozziniFreire Advogados advised on the global acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive, for the amount of EUR4.8b, to be paid through a combination of cash and ALD shares, to create a leading sustainable mobility player with a total fleet of 3.3 million.

ALD Automotive is controlled by the French group Société Générale.

TozziniFreire advised the Brazilian companies (ALD and LeasePlan) and relied on lead partner Ricardo Maito (pictured left) and the other multidisciplinary partners Carla do Couto Hellu Battilana (pictured top center), Marcus Fonseca (pictured top right), Gabriela Lima (pictured center right) and Vivian Fraga (pictured bottom right).
