TozziniFreire advises Canopy on its acquisition of Kato & Búfalo
TozziniFreire advised Canopy on its first acquisition in Brazil in the healthcare software sector, of Kato & Búfalo – EPP.
The acquisition presents significant challenges and complexities, especially as the inaugural transaction for a newly established fund entering the Brazilian market. The transaction value was BRL 56 million.
