TozziniFreire advises coordinators on the issue of Progen’s debenture
TozziniFreire Advogados advised UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. (UBSBB) as lead underwriter and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A (Bradesco) as underwriter
TozziniFreire advised UBSBB and Bradesco as coordinators on the legal aspects necessary to fulfill Progen’s first debenture issue, in a single series, and with maturity date on August 10, 2026. The debenture had Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A as trustee, USBB as lead underwriter, and Bradesco as underwriter.
The total amount was R$120 million.
Progen is a construction company, founded in 1987, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Progen provides services throughout the entire construction cycle, from project management, commodity supply, to the actual implementation of the construction itself.
