TozziniFreire advises Cox Automotive on KBB Molicar acquisition completion

TozziniFreire Advogados has counselled on the purchase od the shares owned by the family Molica

TozziniFreire assists Cox Automotive Brazil Holdings II, LLC on the completion of the KBB Molicar Automotive S.A acquisition. In 2016 Cox Automotive Brazil Holdings II, LLC acquired the 51% of the voting shares of KBB Molicar Automotive S.A. Now Cox Automotive exercised the call option for consolidating the capital structure of KBB Molicar Automotive S.A. by buying the 49% of the voting shares of KBB Molicar owned by the family Molica.

TozziniFreire Advogados team was led by partners Marcela Ejnisman (partner) and Thiago Medaglia (partner), and involved associate Mariana Cornibert da Barrosa.
