TozziniFreire advises Gaia issuance
TozziniFreire Advogados advised FRAM Capital, as lead coordinator, and Gaia, as issuer, on the public offering with restricted distribution efforts, and private placement of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the subordinated type, in 2 (two) series, of Gaia.
The maturity date of the debentures is June 15, 2033, with an interest rate of 1,00% per year.
The funds raised by the debentures were directed to the activity’s funding of Vivenda Tecnologia.
Vivenda is a social impact startup that offers professional renovations for families living in vulnerable conditions in low-income communities in São Paulo.
