TozziniFreire Advogados advised Graber Sistemas de Segurança Ltda. – a subsidiary of the facilities group GPS Participações e Empreendimentos S.A on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Force Vigilância Ltda. and Force Serviços Terceirizados Eireli.

Force provides outsourced private security services, operates electronic security systems and provides installation services in general, with a strong presence in the state of Paraná.
