TozziniFreire advises Olmix the acquisition of Yes Sinergy
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Olmix Group (portfolio company of Motion Equity Partners), on the acquisition of 70% of the control of Yes Sinergy Holding and Agro Efficiency Participações, and their respective subsidiaries, the Yes Group (portfolio companies of Aqua Capital), which was advised by Mattos Filho.
The transaction reinforces Olmix group expansion in Brazil.
