TozziniFreire advises on issuance of CRA by Habitasec

TozziniFreire Advogados advised on the third issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) by Habitasec, in the total amount of BRL 35,000,000.00 (thirty-five million Brazilian reais).

The proceeds from the CRA issuance will be used in the acquisition of commercial notes (notas comerciais) from a catering company.
