TozziniFreire Advogados advised Orsati & Orsati Ltda. on its sale to Pet 2 Pet

TozziniFreire Advogados advised Orsati & Orsati Ltda., a distributor of pet products and supplies, in its 60% sale to Pet 2 Pet, a company operating in the same market as Orsati.

The value was not disclosed. The transaction kept the founding shareholders in the management of the company.

TozziniFreire Advogados had partners João Busin (pictured top left), Juliana Maluf (pictured top right), Jerry de Abreu (pictured bottom left), and associate Victor Françoso (pictured bottom right) and Barbara Queiroz.

Pet 2 Pet was represented by Cândido Martins Advogados with partner Henrique Martins, Alamy Cândido, Mateus Leite and associate Jessica Pizarro.
