The offering involved the issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) by Gaia, a securitization company, backed by a Real Estate Credit Note (CCI), representing a Build to Suit Contract entered into by Prime Realty.

The total amount of the transaction was over R$27.9 million.
