TozziniFreire Advogados advised Sinqia S.A. on the acquisition of 51% of QuiteJá
The transaction involves the acquisition of a majority stake in Rosk Software S.A. (QuiteJá), a credit recovery platform company, by Sinqia S.A.
The acquisition by the company of an equity stake in QuiteJá opens the way to a new market of operation that moves billions of reais per year and reinforces the product portfolio of Sinqia Digital’s unit.
QuiteJá specializes in third-party credit recovery. Its solutions have been changing the negotiation of debts in Brazil.
