TozziniFreire advises Vivo on the acquisition of Fibrasil
TozziniFreire advised Telefônica Brasil (Vivo) on the acquisition of 50% of shares issued by Fibrasil Infraestrutura e Fibra Ótica (Fibrasil) held by Caisse de dépot et placement du Québec and Fibre Brasil Participações, for the price of BRL 850 million. If the closing of the Transaction occurs 90 days after the execution date of the SPA, the CDI rate (Certificado de Depósito Interfinanceiro), pro rata die, will be applied.
