The business in the amount of 600,000,000 euros (six hundred million euros) 2.375% Notes and US$ 400,000,000 (four hundred million dollars) 3.125% Notes involved a corporate guarantee of Can-Pack Brasil Indústria de Embalagens Ltda.

The guarantee agreement and the financial agreement required several discussions about the applicability in Brazil.
