TozziniFreire and BZCP assist investors in Digibee’s round
TozziniFreire Advogados advised SoftBank; Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Kinea Venture
TozziniFreire Advogados advised lead investidor SoftBank; Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Kinea Venture in the Series A investment round, in which Digibee raised $25 million. The investment round included G2D Investments.
The funds will be used to help Digibee’s expansion abroad, focusing on the US and Latin America.
TozziniFreire Advogados advised lead investor SoftBank (SLA Investments III LLC); and relied on partners João Busin (pictured top left), Beatriz Seixas (pictured top right), associates Victor Françoso and Luis Felipe Sima.
