TozziniFreire Advogados advised ComDinheiro, a platform used by banks and managers for analysis and consolidation of investments, which was acquired by Nelogica, owner of one of the main platforms used by Brazilian day traders, which was represented by Demarest Advogados.

Nelogica acquired ComDinheiro in order to increase the offer of its services and expand within its core business.

TozziniFreire Advogados advised ComDinheiro with partners João Busin (pictured left), Beatriz Seixas (pictured center) and associates Isabella Koshiyama and Flavia Kovalski.

Demarest Advogados advised Nelogica Sistemas de Software Ltda. and included partner Guilherme Vieira da Silva (pictured right), associate Lívia Borges Leal and intern Alexandre Weksler.
