TozziniFreire advised Itapoá, Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters

TozziniFreire and Machado Meyer acted in the 4th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into company shares, to be converted into secured debentures, in a single series of Itapoá Terminais Portuários S.A., in the total amount of R$ 750 million.

Banco BTG Pactual S.A. acted as the main underwriter and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários as underwriter. Simplific Pavarini Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. acted as Trustee.

Itapoá Terminais Portuários S.A. was assisted by Tozzini Freire Advogados, with partners Fabiola Augusta Cavalcanti (pictured left) and associates Leonardo Medeiros Braghetto and Gabriel Gragnani.
