TozziniFreire and Machado Meyer act in the issuance of R$286.5m financial notes of Omni Banco

Tozzini Freire Advogados represented Omni Banco S.A., Machado Meyer Advogados acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and UBS Brasil CCTVM S.A., as coordinators of the offering

TozziniFreire represented Omni Banco S.A. in the third issue of financial notes of Omni, which has been in the market for over 25 years as a solid institution recognized as one of the best credit services in Brazil.

In a single series, 5,737 unsecured financial notes were issued, the object of a public offering on a best efforts basis, released from registration under the new CVM Resolution 8, with a total value of R$ 286,500,000.00.

This was one of the first operations governed according to the new CVM Resolution 8, and therefore with simplified procedures for the offering of such notes.

Machado Meyer acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and UBS Brasil CCTVM S.A., as coordinators of the offering (with Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead coordinator).
