TozziniFreire Advogados advised PortoSeg S.A, Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A. (lead bookrunner) and Banco Votorantim S.A. (bookrunner), in the 5th issuance of Financial Notes of Portoseg S.A. – Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, financial arm of Porto Seguro S.A.
The transaction was structured according to CVM’s Resolution 8, in the total amount of R$ 650,000,000.00.
The net proceeds raised through the issuance shall be used by Portoseg S.A. – Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento to perform its business strategy.
