TozziniFreire and Monteiro Rusu act in the debentures issue by Mobitech
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Mobitech Locadora de Veículos S.A. and Monteiro Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados represented Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Itaú BBA S.A
Tozzini Freire Advogados and Monteiro Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted in the 1st issue of debentures by Mobitech Locadora De Veículos S.A. (former Porto Seguro Locadora de Veículos S.A.), pursuant to CVM Rule 476, totaling R$ 400 million.
The issue was guaranteed by Porto Seguro S.A. and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Tozzini Freire advised Mobitech Locadora de Veículos S.A. with partner Alexei Bonamim (pictured left), Francisco Eumene Machado de Oliveira Neto and associate Marcos Vinícius, Gabriel Prates Gragnani e Leonardo Medeiros Braghetto.
Monteiro Rusu advised Bradesco BBI and Itaú BBA. The transaction was led by partners Allan Bercht (pictured right) and Marina Fenerich, helped by associates Maria Fernanda Giorgi.
