TozziniFreire announces new partner in its M&A, PE, and CM practices
TozziniFreire announced the entry of Beatriz Seixas strengthens the firm’s full-service operation, which has seen growth of transactions in these markets
Beatriz Seixas is the newest TozziniFreire Advogados’ partner in the M&A, Corporate, Private Equity, and Capital Market practice areas. Her entry is part of the expansion strategy of the firm, which over recent months has announced important admissions to its partnership.
Beatriz Seixas has been working in the legal market for 15 years and has wide experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring and IPO transactions, having worked as a visiting attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, in New York.
Graduate of the Law School of USP (Universidade de São Paulo), she holds an LL.M. degree in Business Law from LSE (London School of Economics) and a Specialized degree in Business Administration for Graduates from FGV-SP (Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo). Additionally, Beatriz was a member of the Brazil and Latin America Group of the City of London Corporation (2011-2012) and was recognized by Análise Advocacia 500 as one of the most admired lawyers in the Banks sector in 2017.
