TozziniFreire Advogados has advised Jellyfish on Comune S.A. acquisition
TozziniFreire Advogados assisted on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Comune S.A. (Reamp) by Jellyfish Brasil Serviços de Internet Ltda acquired 60% of the shares. Jellyfish Digital Group Limited, advised by Osborne Clarke purchased the other 40%.
Jellyfish, one the global leaders in the digital media sector that has, in its portfolio, companies with expertise in data, creativity and media buying, acquired Comune S.A. (Reamp), a Brazilian agency specialized in programmatic media. These companies represent, together, a substantial sum of expertise to consolidate the concept of a digital partnership, in Brazil, offering support to brands at all stages of digital development.
TozziniFreire team was led by partners Carla do Couto Hellu Battilana (pictured left), Marcela Ejnisman (pictured centre), and Ricardo Maitto (pictured right), and involved associates Lucas Markan, Victor Frias Françoso, and Luis Felipe Bueno Sima .
