TozziniFreire assists Pachamama in investment by BMV Global
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Pachamama Consulting & Trading by means of this transaction received an investment from BMV Global, according to which the parties agreed to use Pachamama as vehicle of the new project of the companies.
Pursuant to the terms of the investment agreement, Pachamama will commercialize sustainability credit units (UCS), with the specific purpose of carrying out, developing, creating and operating projects involving environmental assets and the regeneration of the planet, aiming at optimizing, attracting investments, origination and liquidity of environmental assets.
