TozziniFreire Advogados has assisted Rotam on $6 million bond issuance
TozziniFreire Advogados has assisted Rotam on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates by Vert Companhia Securitizadora, which raised a total amount of R$ 32,854,000.00 (almost $6 million). Rotam do Brasil Agroquímica e Produtos Agrícolas Ltda structured the transaction as the investor of the subordinated series of the issuance of the agribusiness receivables credit certificates. He backed the operation by diverse agribusiness credit rights due by clients of Rotam. XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. has acted as the underwriter.

Themudo Lessa, and involved senior associate Rafael Gaspar, and associates Vinicius Gonzaga and Luis Guilherme Camargo Vergueiro da Silva.
