TozziniFreire boosts its expansion with the hiring of a new partner
TozziniFreire announced the strengthening of its Corporate team, now with a new hire for the Rio de Janeiro office: Fernanda Cirne Montorfano (pictured).
She is an expert in advising on administrative proceedings involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN), and B3 (Brazilian stock exchange). In addition, she works in mergers, acquisitions, public offering of shares, and corporate restructuring involving publicly traded companies, and specializes in corporate governance issues within the ESG market.
Fernanda is a graduate of the Law School of the Fluminense Federal University and is a member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Committee of IBRADEMP (Brazilian Institute of Business Law), as well as the Capital Markets Committee of OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section).
