TozziniFreire counsels Cadillac Fairview on Brazil RE purchase
Law firm TozziniFreire Advogados has acted as counsel to Cadillac Fairview on its acquisition of eleven properties in Brazil that will be used for the development of a logistics park
Cadillac Fairview is a Canadian property management company that manages assets in Canada, the US, the UK, China and Brazil, and is the controlling shareholder of Golgi Empreendimentos Logísticos, which made the purchase of the plots of land.
The land is located in Itapecerica da Serra, in São Paulo state, and was purchased from Reynaldo Antônio Maciel Júnior.
The total transaction is valued at 78.7 million reais ($14.3 million).
