TozziniFreire counsels Ford on the sale of a factory to Real Estate developer
TozziniFreire has advised on the sale of the Fábrica de Automóveis São Bernardo do Campo to Construtora São José
The transaction marks the return of Construtora São José, best known for the projects in the high-end segment, to the logistics sector. The company intends to negotiate with some automaker to occupy part of the land, which has approximately 1 million square meters, with about 500,000 meters of factory.
TozziniFreire Advogados assisted the Ford – USA, vendor, and Fábrica de Automóveis São Bernardo do Campo – Brazil, the target, on
the sale, which amounts over $100 million.
