TozziniFreire counsels VERT-Recargapay, Órama and RecargaPay on debentures issue

TozziniFreire Advogados advised VERT-Recargapay as issuer, Órama as lead coordinator and RecargaPay as interested party

TozziniFreire assisted, as deal counsel, to VERT-Recargapay, Órama and RecargaPay in VERT-Recargapay’s first debentures issuance, in two series, with both of the series as a public placement with restricted distribution efforts.

The total amount of the issue was R$40 million.

The bonds are linked to financial receivables originated by RecargaPay. RecargaPay is the leading mobile payment portfolio in Brazil. A day-to-day transaction fintech that meets the needs of banked and unbanked across the country, from consumers to merchants. They believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of mobile payments, which is why they are committed to democratizing these transactions, allowing them access to the entire society.
