TozziniFreire helps Car10 that received investment from WebMotors

TozziniFreire Advogados assisted Car10 Tecnologia e Informação S.A. which received an investment from WebMotors S.A

TozziniFreire Advogados advised Car10 Tecnologia e Informação S.A., which received an investment from WebMotors S.A. (from Santander group) in the purchase and sale of shares and certain shareholders (including a fund managed by PE house MSW Capital, which exited the company) and direct investment, so that WebMotors will own 67% of Car10.
The transaction is still subject to approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.
