TozziniFreire represents Hospital Santa Martha in its sale to Notre Dame
TozziniFreire Advogados represented Casa de Saúde e Maternidade Santa Martha S.A in the sale of 100% of the shares and real estate properties to the Notre Dame Intermédica Group
The transaction consisted in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Casa de Saúde e Maternidade Santa Martha S.A (Hospital Santa Martha) and the properties currently occupied by the Hospital by the Notre Dame Intermédica Group (one of the largest independent hospital operators in Brazil) located in the southeast region of the country.
The value of the deal was R$160 million.
