TozziniFreire represented the Magazine Luiza group in the acquisition of all of VIPCOMMERCE SISTEMAS LTDA’s quotas.

VIPCOMMERCE is a startup that develops and explores a white label platform through which supermarket chains can offer merchandise online (e-grocery). This deal has a fundamental role in Magazine Luiza’s debut in the e-grocery market.
