TozziniFreire Advogados has guided on the financial debt restructuring of CGG, its former controlling company, among nine financial institutions
TozziniFreire advised on the sale of 100% of the shares of Corredor Logistica e Infraestrutura S.A. by IG4 Capital Investimentos Ltda.
CLI S.A. is one of the consortium members of TEGRAM, a port in Itaqui, one of the main ports in Brazil’s North and Northeast regions for the exportation of grain.
This transaction involves the financial debt restructuring of CGG Trading and its affiliates among nine financial institutions, national and foreign institutions.
The vale of the deal reached the $260 million.
