The Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law areas of TozziniFreire Advogados have been reinforced with the arrival of partner Juliana Soares Zaidan Maluf

Juliana tozzini

Juliana Maluf has experience in relevant M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments, representing both national and international clients. She will join the team of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law areas currently composed of 40 legal professionals, including 18 partners.

She has a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (GVLaw), and a Master in Law from Columbia University.
