TozziniFreire Advogados has reinforced the team’s operations with the arrival of Ricardo Stuber

TozziniFreire’s Capital Markets, Banking and Finance practice area has announced the hiring of a new partner. With the arrival of Ricardo Stuber (pictured), the area has reinforced its performance in real estate capital market transactions, a sector that has been gaining strength in the market.

Ricardo has more than 15 years of experience in the Capital Market area, with a focus on real estate transactions. His experience includes the coordination of public offerings of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) and debentures; assistance in structuring Real Estate Investment Funds (FII), Private Equity Investment Funds (FIP), and Receivables Investment Funds (FIDC); as well as structuring the administration of financings. In addition, he assists foreign investors in local transactions; asset managers and publicly traded companies; and various clients in corporate restructuring and financial reorganization processes, including international lending.

A graduate of PUC-SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo) Law School, Ricardo holds a CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) from IE (Instituto de Empresa) Business School, Madrid, Spain, and an LL.M. in International Legal Practice from the same institution, with an extension at Northwestern School of Law (Chicago, USA).
