TozziniFreire Advogados announced the return of Julian Junqueira Rillo (pictured), now as a new partner in the Real Estate practice.

Julian brings extensive experience across various sectors, including residential, corporate office spaces, logistics, real estate funds, shopping malls, and retail, among others.

He also assists clients in real estate receivables securitization and in transactions involving carbon credits and foreign investment in rural properties, including FII (Real Estate Investment Funds – Brazilian REIT) and FIAGRO (Agribusiness Investment Funds).

Julian holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Business from FGV-Law.
