Partnership in the residential income segment between Mitre Realty and Atlântica Hotels Internacional (AHI) will provide management services
Mitre and Atlantica Hotels International (AHI) have entered into a partnership whereby AHI, Atlantica Residences, short and long-stay branch of the group, will provide management services of common areas and of the lease pool of studios within the Mitre real estate developments. Moreover, Atlantica Residences will offer management services of lease of compact residential units and hotelier services to the occupants on a pay-per-use basis.
AHI will have exclusivity in rendering services within the Mitre developments, and Mitre will be entitled to compensation and to exclusivity in relation to competing buildings located within the regions of the Mitre developments, thus, Atlantica will not offer nor render services within competing developments.
The partnership affords the expansion of the AHI product portfolio and its entry in the short and long-stay market. The expectation is that non-hotelier units will represent between 15% and 25% of its unit portfolio in 2025.
The units and services under AHI management will have the excellence standards of the Atlantica Residences brands, such as E-Residences, and will allow Mitre clients to count on the distribution channels of AHI for revenue generation
