TPC Advogados announces new partner for the Capital Markets area
TPC – Toledo, Paoliello, Perpétuo, Pessoa e Campos Advogados announced the arrival of Eduardo Cirillo (pictured) to attend and develop the new Financial and Capital Market area. The expansion of services will contribute to the growth of the firm and to the strengthening and performance of its base in São Paulo.
The new partner, Eduardo Cirillo, brings 16 years of experience in the corporate market, where he worked for companies such as Itaú Unibanco, Votorantim Asset and Quinto Andar. At TPC Advogados he will be in charge of the areas of Financial and Capital Markets, Banking Law, M&A, business structuring, Fintechs, Estate Planning, among others.
Eduardo Cirillo graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, has an Executive MBA in Finance – Corporate Finance and an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
