Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Thoma Bravo on acquisition of Tieto EVRY software
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Thoma Bravo, American private equity firm and owner of Quorum Software, a global technology leader in programs dedicated to the energy industry, on the acquisition of Tieto EVRY’s oil and gas software.
The transaction, part of a global project by Thoma Bravo, positions Quorum as the largest provider in the industry, with the broadest portfolio of solutions focused on serving energy companies of any size around the world.
The service was led by Private Equity/Venture Capita partner Monica Cavalcanti (pictured) with support from associate Miguel Damous.
