Trench Rossi and BMA act on Eurofarma’s acquisition of Dermage
Trench Rossi Watanabe and BMA advised in the sale transaction to Eurofarma, one of Brazil’s leading pharmaceutical companies, of a 60% stake in Dermage companies, a nationally recognized group with activities in the dermocosmetic sector since 1978, for a purchase price of BRL 156 million, for such stake.
The transaction also includes options granted to Eurofarma buy and for the founding and controlling quotaholders of Dermage to sell the remaining 40% stake held in Dermage, exercisable three years from closing, based on the price parameters set forth in the agreement.
The operation seeks to enhance Eurofarma’s presence in high-potential growth segments, in alignment with its strategic plans.
