Trench Rossi and BMA advise Ecolab on acquisition of Purolite
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Ecolab on acquisition of Purolite Corporation wich was advised by BMA- Barbosa, Müssnich Aragão Advogados.
Purolite is a leading and fast-growing global provider of high-end ion exchange resins for the separation and purification of solutions. The acquisition of its global assets amounted to approximately 3,7 billion USD.
The main sell-side consultancy was provided by the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom that relied on Brett Fleischer, Neil Stronski, Ariel Zuckerbrot, Minsun Cha.
