Trench Rossi Watanabe advised the bond issue by Natura &Co Luxembourg Holdings, guaranteed by Natura &Co Holding and Natura Cosméticos, which was also a sustainability-linked bond.
The total amount was USD 600 million.

The operation was conducted by the Corporate & Finance team led by partners Luis Alberto Ambrósio (pictured left) and partner Reinaldo Ravelli, and with the support of associates Rafael Disposti and Leticia Sobrinho.
The firm worked in partnership with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in the operation.
Machado Meyer Advogados advised BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC Securities (USA), Itau BBA USA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities USA, Morgan Stanley & Co. and relied on partner Eliana Chimenti and Alessandra de Souza Pinto.
