Trench Rossi announces two new partners focused on IPTech and Labor Law

Trench Rossi Watanabe has announced Flavia Amaral and Clarissa Lehmen as new partners of the firm

Trench Rossi Watanabe has announced two new partners: Flavia Amaral (pictured left) who has joined the firm as a lateral hire to further strengthen the Data Protection, Technology and Intellectual Property team, and Clarissa Lehmen (pictured right), then a senior associate in the Labor group, are now part of the partnership.

A reference in intellectual property and franchising in Brazil, Flavia has a degree in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, a post-graduate degree in Procedural Law, and a specialization in Corporate Law, Corporate Law, and Capital Markets from FGV. She also works as coordinator of the Intellectual Property and Fashion Law Center of Italcam (Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture), is a member of the legal commission of ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association) and member of the Fashion Law Commission of OAB/RJ.

Clarissa started her career at Trench Rossi Watanabe working at the Porto Alegre office between 2007 and 2008. She returned to the firm (already in the São Paulo Office) in 2014 as an associate of the Labor practice group, advising companies on strategic matters. She holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an Executive MBA in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
