Trench Rossi Watanabe advises J&J on carve-out to Kenvue
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in Brazil on the carve-out of its consumer division, which includes Tylenol, Band-Aid and Listerine, to Kenvue, which held its IPO last week.
Trench Rossi relied on led partner Silvia Bernardino (pictured), partners Henrique Frizzo, Marcel Nunes, Clarissa Lehmen, and Giovani Tomasoni. The team responsible for the transaction also includes associates Caique Harb, Gustavo Freitas, Bruno Silva, Renata Yuasa, Miguel Damous, Adam Milgrom, Carla Moraes, Julia Pereira, Rafael Gil, and Carolina Sposito.
