Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Suzano on the creation of a joint venture with the Finnish startup Spinnova to compete globally on the textile fiber market.

The mission of the new company is to create the world’s first sustainable textile fiber.

According to partner Felipe Calil (pictured), one of those responsible for developing the operation, for Trenchi Rossi it was a milestone to help the two companies to realize this innovative business, with an impact that will be global.

Partner Luciana Nobrega and associates Munique Isoppo and Marcelle Silbiger also joined the operation.
